TREATMENT TECHNIQUES
Vera draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E)
Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM)
In addition to these approaches, Vera integrates creative therapies such as Art Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, and EMDR adapted for children. These non-verbal, expressive methods provide a safe and engaging way to process emotions and promote healing, particularly for those who find it hard to express themselves through words alone.
To ensure therapy is effective, Vera uses evidence-based tools to track progress. This helps both you and her see what’s working, what’s improving, and what might need extra attention—honouring your time, effort, and trust as you work toward lasting change.
